Worst app
I had to enter credentials and otp everytime i login through the mobile app. I wish they have some way to remember credentials and not ask again
App is brutal
The app simply doesn’t work. Makes me login in with an email code every single time. Many buttons don’t work. Just useless. Insurance experience has been fine, but the app is basically unusable and the website is only marginally better.
App doesn’t work
I can access on multiple lap tops but the app will not accept the password and login that I use to login on those. Deleting this app.
Website never works
I love priority health for insurance but this app has said “their heads are in the clouds” the whole time I’ve tried to use the app. All I see is phone numbers.
Unhappy but only choice
I have been trying to get into the app this week and every time I try it makes me reverify. Same thing with the website. Reverify and then goes to load and error every time. Unfortunately I can wait in line on my lunch breaks because they are not long enough to do so (I’ve tried). The customer service phone number opens after I’m at work and before I get off work. I had to cancel an appointment for tomorrow since I don’t have new cards and trying to figure out the name on my cards is accurate since I got married last year and my name isn’t fully switched over yet. Next appointment available isn’t for four months. Also hate the fact that I don’t get push notifications through the app for eobs, payments or any other information.
Poor infrastructure
This app as well as all priority health customer support phone systems are super badly designed and maintained
Eternal errors
This app is terrible and so is this insurance provider. If you have the option, highly recommend seeking coverage elsewhere. Especially if you are outside of Michigan.
