Number. I CANT even do this. This may make your life easier but is a source of endless frustration for me. The people who Nneed to communicate with you can’t figure this out! It tsays “this number”. What number?????? This is not user friendly, there is no training, people just get frustratedAND THIS IS PARTICULARLY HARD FOR THOSE OF US WITH SPEECH IMPEDIMENTS BECAUSE ROBOTS DONT UNDERSTAND US AND I HAVE HAD NO OFFER OF HELP FOR THIS. Banks understand our problem and offer ways to bypass it. At least others offer help. All I get. Is aggravation, stress anxiety frustration Does anyone even read these?
