No access
I can’t use it if I can’t get into it. Keeps telling me it’s not accessible right now. What do I do when I need it right now?
Not working
I normally love this app for all of our appointments, it’s ease of use. However my app had been frozen on the login in screen for some time now. I have to go to the website to access our information and cannot get it to work anymore.
Won’t work as of recently.
I am unable to open it. Face recognition takes, but it stays on the login screen. You’re unable to tap anything. It becomes frozen. I am able to go to MyChart online. Please fix! -iPhone 12 EDIT: I uninstalled and reinstalled. It is working now.
App is not working.
App fails to open and is unusable. Ohio Health needs to address this. An a bug update is necessary I believe. Rated 1 star til this is fixed.

Since new update, I cannot log in to this app. Not WiFi/not cellular/not with re-Installing the app/not with rebooting the phone. No typical fix is helpful. Please help fix this app because it has been highly useful in the past
App will not connect
I have been trying for months now with no resolve. I have deleted and reinstalled the app; nothing! I login with Face ID and it does NOTHING but stay on the login page and spin. In order to access my Chart, you have to login via their website. What's the point of the app if it's not working.
Fixed bugs preventing users from successfully logging in with FaceID.
