“We can’t complete your request right now due to technical issues.” The only message I ever see in this app…. No explanation of what the technical issues are. No resolution of said “issues”. They just can’t do anything.

Prescriptions
The app was terrible. I’m trying to refill a prescription and waited on the phone for 30 minutes. The message said to try on the app for faster service. I created an account on the app and none of my prescriptions were listed. Very unhappy with the service.
Insurance information
I was told I could submit my insurance information on the App. Where!?!? I spent 90 minutes on hold and then it hung up. Awesome! What a terrible system.
Needs an overhaul
**Update- 03/26/2024- I don’t know why you changed the app to what it is now. It’s worse than ever!!!** This app has the potential to work well, but currently doesn’t. Sometimes you are able to request a refill and others you cannot. When trying to call the pharmacy, it either takes a very long time to speak with someone or for instance today, when trying to connect, it rang and was answered by the physician voicemail line. I hung up and tried again with the same result. It’s very frustrating. I need my prescription, the app has the wrong last date filled as it is completely different than the date on the bottle, so the system thinks it’s too soon to refill. And now, I’m unable to speak with someone. It would be nice to have the option of sending the pharmacy a message. Sometimes you request a refill and it begins then disappears, even though it’s eligible. Update and fix please.
