The first month services were great. I got my sensors and a tracking email. Next month I was billed, no sensors and no way to resolve this. Customer service has not been helpful. Keep getting the same generated emails. Makes me believe the customer service is nothing but AI.

It took a while after many false starts trying to get the CGM working, but once I finally got it up and running I'm now impressed by the device. Information easy to see on a chart, and the ability to correlated what I'm eating and doing with blood sugar spikes are both invaluable. Also, the opportunity to discuss the information with a nutritionist, if one wants, is useful.

The app itself is not horrible although I think the have some issues or bugs. I snoozed my account for 2 months and yet they still charged me. Juan with support will just send you automated replies and not actually address any of your concerns. Just order cgms off of good rx. Trust me. The money you save is worth not having the “personalized” experience with Nutrisense.

Helpful in understanding and coordinating how you feel with nutrition, hydration, and more. Data is FLAWED. If you have days or weeks without scans, it records as 100% good rather than excluding the data from metrics. No custom date range No ability to export data into functional sheets

Customer service is horrible. Watch out - you have to double, no triple-check that you’ve canceled as they’ll keep charging you with no refund. Infuriating.

The company sent 4 emails explaining the CGM device. But one must be well- eared in technology in order to use their program. One of the emails provides a QR code that must be scanned as a step in activating the program but the note says it only works on your mobile phone. However it won’t open on my iPhone. Also, in inputting insurance information if you put in Medicare it says sorry, can’t have access to a nutritionist with that insurance. If you attempt to go back to put in your secondary insurance it won’t let you and closes you out of the program. Repeatedly it tells me that it doesn’t recognize my password. I changed the PW but was then told sorry somebody already has an account with that email. Circular problems. One problem after another. Meanwhile, they take $299 a month from you and you can’t even activate your CGM. This is not a user-friendly program. An inflated price for a program that is not worth it. You can get the Free Style Libre much cheaper with less hassle elsewhere.
