Why Can’t I Price a Medication Using the App?
This is is a waste. There is no way to price a medication without going to the website. What’s the point of it. Its design and interface is reflective of this program: difficult.
What happened?
I can’t set up my payment now. I’ve tried for two days now and it keeps telling me it can’t be processed at this time. 🤦🏽♀️

Poor app
My medications that I currently take are wrong. Didn’t know how to correct them The vision coverage is poor. I got the cheapest lens and I still had to pay $35. We low income seniors are on a fixed budget. I paid it but I’ll have to not pay the total on electric bill. I don’t understand the medical claims all showing I owe. I have Indiana Medicaid as my secondary. I don’t pay for med bills nor prescriptions. This is the first time I have used this and I don’t like it.
Congrats: the worst
Very irritating company to deal with, and the app reflects the company. The Humana site is clearly designed to make it difficult to get information and especially to make a claim. Try to access your vision care…frustrating beyond words. Same with dental. Looks like they want to simply wear you down so the claim is never even started. I give the app an F and the company a D-
