You can also access your account via the Meritain Health portal at https://account.meritain.com. 1. Open the app, scroll to the bottom of the page and select New User? Set Up Your Account. 2. You will be redirected to the User Identification page to begin step one of four. 3. Follow steps one through four to complete the set-up. 4. Once you have completed the set-up, you will be logged out. You will then be required to log back in using your new username and password.

I can’t even log in into my account.
Unable to Login
As other reviewers have stated, and I will reiterate, unable to login. Able to login in browser but app will not accept username/password.
Atrocious App
Don’t download the app and waste your time or mental energy. App is nearly impossible to use. Logging in requires resetting a password regularly even when the password works correctly on the website.
Clunky Reimbursement Experience
This FSA provider is very slow to review requests and claims for reimbursement, and does not obligate FSA approved items for reimbursement. Customer service was unprofessional and ultimately unhelpful as well. I would give the app 3 stars for user interface, the CSS is decent, but since it doesn’t perform its intended function, there is no reason to add undue praise for the product or provider.
Can’t Log in
Applications keeps not saying that my login and password are incorrect despite typing in the correct password and uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

App is completely useless. I can’t even log in. I can log in just fine from the browser but not this app.

Can log in on safari on iPhone and on my windows PC but when I try to log in from the app it always says my password is wrong.
