The App will not even load on my device. I just get a white screen with “Oops!” blaring across my screen. :/ Unable to access my health care provider using old or new app now. Very disappointed, please fix.

Unable to log in or reset password using edge or chrome (dozens of times). Tried phone app, which did allow me to reset my password (so it recognized my ID..) but then said I needed the newer app version. Installed new version and had same exact issues of not being able to log in or reset password endlessly. So then I try “registering” via the app, used same credentials and suddenly it works.. so frustrating
