Can’t see historical data
This app is so glitchy and I really think it has potential but significant improvements need to be made to actually make this usable. Most important: Why is historical data deleted - it shouldn’t be that my last reading is the only one I can see. How can I tell if I’m improving?? Am I supposed to screen shot every time

The app is so slow it looks like it isn't working. Acts like the early days of pairing and data referencing. Put in the new info and check five minutes later for correctness. So much time lag, I write this review for others; something I rarely do but $80+/year for subscription and cost of FitTrack scale, well over $100 total, and I got one expensive scale that works well showing me my weight. Anything more is sucker bait. Got me Don't let it get you.

I bought my scale back in 2022 and loved the app. I could track everything make profiles for me and my husband and now the “new” app doesn’t even work. So disappointing

I bought the Dara scale a while ago when fittrack still owned it and I loved it. Flash forward to Hume buying out the comp y and nothing seems to work right anymore plus you need to pay for the full version of the app to use the full capabilities that - to my memory - fit track provided for free. With all of that said, I still bought the body pod because I was excited about the possibilities. However, since I received it about 3 weeks ago, it has never worked. I constantly update the app and still nothing. It has trouble connecting if my dara scale is remembered so I have to manually forget that device in order to even try and connect the body pod. It then goes as far as me being able to weigh myself but then after all is said and done, it does not sync up any data and it just prompts me to manually add my weight. Not only that, but even when I weigh myself normally now with the dara scale, the app never remembers my info. I love the milestone feature you included, but what’s the point when it resets during every weigh in? Why release a new product and not have it work for over 3 weeks? I’m so close to asking for a refund.

App used to work great with scale and provide a lot of info with free version. Recently app only provides weights. App is Terrible now. Will probable throw scale in trash and get a new one using different app.
United StatesDisappointed now that you have a subscription
Scale is now useless! I bought my Dara back in 2021 before you had to pay for a subscription. Now all my data is no longer accessible. When you pay this much for a product you own you shouldn’t have to worry about no longer having access to it. I’m not paying $10 a month to have the premium subscription. FYI the Fit Track web site says 17 different body metrics in the app are free. I can’t get anything but a white screen for the last month.
