Downloaded this app January 2023. My advisor/coach, HLanders , reached out immediately. This app has everything you need to start a journey to a more healthy life. The workout options are endless. Recorded educational help guides you through some great foundations. The app has a great help and support section. Set macros with your advisor and track what you are eating. Track your movement and workouts. Take photos so you can see your progress. Chat and get questions answered straight from the chat feature. This app helps the advisor see what you need to succeed. Best app for me. Thank you HLanders for being a hands on coach!!

App works well for tracking food as it does well with being able to calculate food and such. It has good workouts and good programs. If you want something that also counts your steps through the day, use a separate application as this app doesn’t count your steps. It randomly shows steps that don’t follow what your iPhone, Apple Watch, Garmin watch, or other smart watch is tracking. Overall good app needs the step counter fixed that’s about all

I’ve been using the app for about 4 months now. I’ve used other apps before for macronutrient tracking. This app blows the rest of them out of the water. The one on one coaching gives the app a nice personal touch and helps keep you motivated. My coach is Seth Max, he is awesome! I’m on a bulking phase and Seth has been there for me every step of the way. Seth dialed in on my macronutrient intake helping me put on lean muscle mass. Started at 180 lbs and I’m up to 195 lbs now. The workout programs are great too! I’m on my third program so far. A personal favorite of mine is that you can put 5 goals in for the day and check them off. It has a nice 75 hard feel to it, which keeps me on track with my consistency.
