Ok, I just have to rave about the postpartum program — this program is so great! I was very active pre and during pregnancy but knew I was going to need to be smart as I got back into the swing of things PP and found Madeline and her programming and decided to do the free trial. After two days I knew this was going to be the program for me and went all in on the full subscription. I have been seeing a pelvic floor PT — first appt was maybe 1-2 weeks on the program (like 7 weeks PP) and they said my pelvic floor was super weak (0-1 on a 0-5 scale). I just went back again today and at 13 weeks PP she said she’s been able to tell a noticeable difference each visit and that my strength is now more like a 4-5 on the 0-5 scale! I’ve obviously had some exercises assigned from the PT, but I truly attribute SO much of the strength and improvement to the deep core work from the postpartum moves program and the continued focus on deep core in the weekly moves program. Just had to share and say thank you for putting such great programs and content out there!❤️💪🏼

10/10 recommend. I am obsessed with Moves app. I’ve been using it for a month and am gaining strength and confidence daily. I love the programming splits and really appreciate the warm ups, cool downs, and form cues -it’s all fantastic. I noticed a huge difference in my performance now that I’m warming up properly before workouts (thanks to the app)! I genuinely look forward to each days workout! Madeline and her husband put some much into the app and it shows through in all the programs!!
Perfect Guidance for PP recovery
I’m so grateful for the Postpartum moves guide in the app! I rushed into movement after my first and struggled with pelvic floor issues because of it! After work with a PT, I knew I wanted to be more conscientious with returning to working out after the birth of my second. I’m 3 weeks in to PP moves and I’m loving it. It’s manageable for me to work into my day as a mom of multiples and I love knowing that a ton of thought and expertise went into the program! I feel like I’m getting the best guidance possible and it will set me up for success when I return to CrossFit! So thankful!

I started this app a little over a year ago and love the simplicity of opening it and having the workout for that day ready to go and I don't have to even think about it. They have literally thought of everything. I started the core moves beginning of the year. Even though my baby is 14 it’s never to late to start. I now know how to activate my core when working out and it’s never felt stronger, even before I had kids. I just can’t recommend it enough, there is something for everyone. Best Program Around
The MOVES program is the best workout program around. You are constantly challenged to improve your fitness. The queues in the workouts are like having your own personal trainer. This program can be done at home on the road or in a gym minimal equipment required. Madeline does most of the workouts real time with you on Instagram where she also provides tips and cues. I would not be where I am today on my Fitness journey without this program.

I’m 4 months postpartum with my second and have been BLOWN AWAY by the highly specific program inside this app. I’ve been trying to work out for years and discovered through doing the postpartum program that all most of my stability issues stem from a lack of core strength!! Wild! This app helped me stay in shape before kiddos, during pregnancy, and is now helping me postpartum get back to feeling myself. LOVE this app!
