Past due notice…..
Not sure why the system says my bill is past due on the due date.

There are no options for a payment as if I wanted to pay every other week. I’m not allowed to do that because the app only allows a certain amount of transactions. or even when I have an overdue balance and I want to pay more than what the overdue balances it doesn’t allow me to. It’s very inconvenient no flexibility.

App is harder to use! Not everyone is tech savvy and shouldn’t have to go back and forth between same 3 screens for payment to go through.

The ability to partial pay on our expensive insurance accounts is what most of us need. You had this as a feature both in the app and on the website. You need to bring this back. Inflation is killing families and your forcing Is to choose to pay for insurance or pay for food. Partial payments are the lifeblood to families who are struggling through all this insane inflation. You offered it for years then you too it away. It would be most helpful to allow families to manage their already exasperated accounts by spliting up their payments. How you get your money from us by our due dates should be in our control and many of us can’t afford lump sum payments because our money can not reach that far anymore thanks to this inflation. Bring back the ability to partial pay so we can manage our money and you will get yours.

Poor defense in liability cases, even where we were found not at fault later, and there was no rate change reversal even when escalating the issue through the proper channels. So our rate, though wrongfully charged, remains raised. They also keep raising their rates. Do yourself a favor and pick a company willing to actually defend you. And raise rates less.

Tbh I loved State Farm when I was younger cause of the low price and discounts. However, now their prices are crazy high and they’ve incorrectly charged me before and I got credit back. They said one thing about the rates and then I see it and it’s higher. I do not enjoy the roller coaster ride of rates.
