The new updated app is great, it’s the persons calling or writing a notification every month. My question is and observation is this: After being a customer with GMF for the past 6 years, not missing a payment, not being late ever that I’m been made aware of, and being told I didn’t know GM’s policies,….. things have been absolutely great. When I DID speak directly with a Representative, they let me know that they knew all of GM’s Rules, Regulations and Procedures, like Woo is thou!!!, and I was less than them since I was making payments on my car/SUV. Just thought I would vent, since I too deal with the public but in a more mature and professional manner. Thanks again!!

Please address the failure to update the current new release. Makes the application useless.
Doesn’t let you select the year of the car
When I try to request maintenance, I cannot select the year of my car. Please fix your app.
Won’t let me log in
Says the code i enter is wrong. I put it in exactly how it says. Happened after i updated the app.
Nice app
I really like the convenience of the app but I can’t seem to get the badge notifications to clear. It says I have 2 notifications but I have looked everywhere in the app and can’t find whatever it is I supposedly missed. Please help
