ACCOUNT SETUP Freedom Mortgage offers you the option to make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments through our mobile app. Simply download the app and login to your account or create a new account if you haven’t already set up your online access. Then, select One Time Payment from Account Details. On your first visit, you can set up your banking information. For subsequent payments, you can simply select that account for payment. Payments will be credited as of the date received although payments made on a Saturday, Sunday, holiday, or after business hours may not post to your account until the next business day. I finally feel free as the name suggests with Freedom Mortgage. First mortgage company that truly represents it’s name. At first I was surprised to be notified of mortgage transfer to another company. Usually this brings added frustration to a process that’s a monthly priority in one’s life. My first encounter with this company was rather frightening because the lady was rather dry. Once the transfer was complete my experiences began to change. Communication with company representatives became comfortable conversations with someone that took time to listen and showed compassion to my moment of concern. I was no loner just an account number I became a person of value. This is how all businesses should recognize their customers. I applaud the company for their outstanding customer service.
