Drive Wise is bad
I usually don’t rate the app and left a comment. But the drive wise function is the worst fiction I ever see. In order to use this function, you need to open all settings and give all access to it, which is ok. After you did it, it takes forever to start the function. Mine is circling at least 10 minutes and still not start.

I’ve been going back and forth with app support for a couple of weeks now, and I’ve done everything they’ve recommended: rebooted my phone, uninstalled and updated and offloaded the app, reset my password, checked that my phone software is updated. Nothing works—I’m always stuck on the log in screen with a loading circle. I can log in on the website so I know that my credentials are fine. Before my current login problems started, the app was slow to load and would crash often. Please improve this software experience, especially since Drivewise depends on it.

I absolutely love the service I have received from my ALLSTATE agent & the entire ALLSTATE Insurance experience in Austin,TX! I have had no issues with using the app, however, I am updating & look forward to the new, &/or, benefits they are implementing. I have used drivewise to improve on Speed, phone use, sudden stops. Actual changes in driving skills & noticeable savings on premiums, are just 2 perks So, if your insurance shopping, you might want to comparison shopping b/c I learned some hard lessons until I met my agent, who is reliable, takes my calls or returns my calls, the same day if urgent. I suggest when in Austin, Travis County,TX…check with Mike at Allstate on Medical Parkway or office near you. Insurance is the product, it’s your Team that makes it wonderful…and affordable! Not like so many.

I like having the App on my phone. But when I save the card in Apple Wallet, only the first car of our three car policy is listed, and it’s not my car… Allstate needs to be more proficient at storing multiple virtual cards for a multi-car policy! Airlines and Ticket Master have provided multiple boarding passes or tickets for years…
