1. App deduct 2.10 Aed per transaction back to bank account- even if you transfer in Adcb account 2. You got much more option in Uber then this 3. Very lame design and ultra un-responsive app. Doesn’t understand what’s happened until you try 3-4 times

My gf introduce this app and I ordered food online last Jun 19 at 10:57 pm, order has been accepted, food was prepared and out for delivery (as per the application). Only to find out at 1:00 am that the Restaurant is actually closed! Until now it says on the way. I have tried to mail to complain, but still no one did get back to me. Points was deducted and never got it back.
