This bank services became very slow and poor now. Totally disappointed. Just to open an account it took almost a month to verify documents. Very poor communication. Just a waste!!!

I had installed Hayyak app and uploaded all the documents for new account opening, but before nearing the completion I mistakenly clicked on the credit card option which I actually not required, after that point I cannot go back to the account opening page, it is continuesly asking for credit card credentials. How can I go back to open an account with the same mobile number and email ID Is there any options to cancel my active request and start over again ?
