Not the future
Good to get a quick bank account. Poor for most other things. App auto logs out every 2 minutes even if you keep the app open. No direct contact number lol. Only chat. Chat is broken with limited notifications and of course you will be signed out while you wait for someone to respond. This is only useful if you just want to have a fully digit bank account. If you can think of any reason (checks, withdrawal large sums, etc) why you would need to go in person at all for as long as you are in the UAE, then this will be good. Otherwise just get a normal bank account. This is a good option as a secondary account. Not recommended as primary.
Worst App & no customer service reply
Customer service does not exist, Good luck getting your password reset. You need to scan your Emirates ID but the App does not scan it properly, tried 4 different phones with same results. Going on the wrong direction of internet banking 👎

I’ve been using this Liv account for so long, they are the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. If you wanna real banking service cancel, or any other banking service.
Bad experience
creating a new account and I put my email address and set my password then, it’s stuck at the loading page. I bought an extra sim card just to create an account after loosing hope with my first number
Most terrible user experience
It has taken me over 2 months to set this, and we are still not done! The app cannot properly scan the Emirates ID. The help center is not responsive! And there is no phone number to call!
