I send money’s on this app after 7 days it’s received I complain them they said wait 7 days why we should wait they took 2 aed charges already but money’s is not reach
Apple pay not supported
The long awaited apple pay happens to appear on the app but it not getting confirmed and always showing pop up messages that I should try again later or I should contact card issuer. Unlike other mobile banking apps that just pick up for you to get apple pay when it reflects on their app. Who does this?🤧

FRAUD- UNRELIABLE - UNLICENSED
It took me more than 2 months to get a local transfer deposit, once I raised this with the authorities (police and central bank) they finally returned the amount no phone call no explanation. I blocked and deleted. It’s better to use other providers for more reliable service
Worse complaints resolution
I have had two refunds from E & money for close to two months and when ever I call the customer support each agent claims to escalate my complaint to the concerned team and for more than 45 days the concerned team have not thought of getting back to me or resolving my complaint. I won’t recommend such poor service to anybody. It’s a big headache constantly calling and being told stories. Who is the concerned person to reconcile refunds, what job does he or she do that my refund has been pending for this long, I’ve so disappointed in such a great brand for rendering this kind of absurd service. Zero star, zero recommendation from me because theres absolutely nothing being done about my concern. Whoever is in charge should ask themselves how they’ll feel if it was their money or a million dollars. It’s not about that money, it’s about delivering promised services. Shame to the incharge, I’m really disappointed because I’ve called and wasted precious time chasing after my own money. Never heard this anywhere on planet earth
