Real customer experience focus
Thank you for making this easy for your customers or this one. I got a new phone and it’s ridiculous how obsessed some banks can become about “security” that they neglect customer experience, I have an example won’t name the bank they’re asking me to upload a 1 min. video of me talking!!! Now think of the potential ways this can be used by internal staff let alone if there’s another data leak somewhere. Not this app. Just asked few reasonable questions knowing there are other checks and balances along the process to maintain security it was a breeze. Thank you for leading and being an example and not following the “fashion”
Apple Pay broken
Apple Pay provisioning completely broken and removed from the app. CS also clueless. Embarrassing and such poor service. Also why can I not lock/unlock or reset the pin for my supplementary cards ?
Bad App
Bad App, slow on login, timeout on face detection, bad design, completely not friendly, this bank considered to be amongst the elite banks world wide.. they carry the worse FinTech ever, worse app and worse service ever. I don’t recommend you bank with Citi at all.
Useless
Cant do anything right in this app. Totally inefficient and confusing. Not user friendly at all. Basically a useless waste of time!
No option to make a credit card payment
This is a pretty useless app with no straightforward way to make a credit card payment. There is all sorts of useless capabilities on the app though. Not to mention, their customer service is absurd.
Transaction notifications
Bring back the notifications for credit card transactions. Why was that removed ? Add option to generate OTP for card transactions via the app. Also why can I not lock/unlock or reset the pin for my supplementary cards ?
A lot of common sense missing
If I have chosen to pay my credit card why do you also have to ask me for the purpose of payment once I say how much?
