Can’t Add new card to pay
I been trying to add a new card to update my auto pay and it’s just a spinning circle on the screen. I tried on WiFi. I tried off of WiFi. This is ridiculous and yet I’ll still be forced to pay a late fee since my payment didn’t process on time.

No a good insurance company!!!
Clean record, no accidents, good drivers and even so premiums still going up every year, will definitely change to a different insurances next time.

1️⃣TERRIBLE functionality of this app renders it pretty useless! 2️⃣PREVENTS human contact. 3️⃣GOOD Insurance APPS demonstrate the ability to modify your profile, add/drop another policy holder(s) & change parameters of your coverage. 4️⃣ONLY ONE phone number listed—so how DID Nationwide manage to pull up a numbers—that AREN'T in service &/or numbers I've never had? 5️⃣APP & website INCOMMUNICADO w/ each other & with the customer. Takes an act of God to speak with a LIVE person. No phone number for problem only email Advocate@Nationwide. Where they choose if & when they'll think about—maybe, just possibly, if you're lucky, they might just reach out by the Solar Eclipse in 2044!
No user friendly
Please review the app. It is not “common sense” to use it, and I have trouble with it each month!
Premiums are high
I have been with this company for years and the premium is still high. I haven’t had any accidents or lapse in coverage, I should be getting a discount for loyalty as well.
Proof of insurance for auto policies can be added to Apple Wallet and various bug fixes.
