Best insurance app out there
I am able to view my policy, have an id card on my phone and find all relevant agent information. I’d recommend this app to anyone.
Document issues on iPhone
Wasn’t able to download my documents, couldn’t email them to anyone either. Every time I tried to download to phone it would get stuck and I would have to force close. Then when I tried to add them to an email it said that it couldn’t add the file. App works great otherwise.
Hardly Works
How is it that my insurance is going up 25% every six months (because “fixing cars is more expensive”) but a company like Safeco can’t make an app that works consistently? It is constantly having errors, not letting me download or print documents, or just closing out completely. Come on.
Not happy
I have been trying to put in a claim which submitted in October of 2023 Now they I have to resubmit I want to talk with an agent No texting I have a contractor lined up But I now have to reschedule I have pictures but don’t know how to send them Can I fax these picture’s to your company Need. Number or a PERSON to send these to I don’t want texting I want to speak to someone!!!!!!
App is confusing
When clicking on the icon on the mobile app, it goes to a white, blank screen and sits there forever, doing nothing. Upon looking thru my text messages from Safeco, I saw a link and clicked on it which took me directly to the web site. I noticed the URL was completely different from the one connected to the app. Once logged into the web site, I wanted to pay our bill in 2 installments with auto pay. I enrolled in auto pay and then went to change the date of payment. I could not get the bill to break down into 2 installments and wound up looking at a completely different monthly payment schedule than the paper statement I had in front of me. I gave up and set up auto pay for 1 installment for balance in full. I am not an inexperienced computer user and have used apps and computers for many years with some coding. Someone needs to step back and go thru this app, thinking like a consumer instead of a programmer, because there is no logic in this app whatsoever.
App doesn’t work
App will not sign me in nor sign me up. Have submitted our policy number and won’t be able to phone our agent until Thursday.
Right Track is woefully inaccurate
Avoid using. The app uses GPS data to track acceleration and braking. Insurance rates aren’t determined by your actual driving record, but rather by isolated data points that don’t account for road conditions, amount of traffic, or the fact that as a driver much of what you do is in response to other drivers’ actions. To make matters worse, the app consistently records hard braking or rapid acceleration when no such thing has occurred. It definitely does not measure whether or not you are a “safe driver.” It doesn’t even accurately measure the level of risk of risk that the company is taking on when they insure you. For example, if someone runs stop lights, that’s totally fine, just so long as they brake incredibly gently. If someone stops abruptly in front of you or cuts into your lane, then your score takes a significant hit because you responded appropriately. And there’s no way to raise your score. Once your score drops a percentage point, no amount of “good” driving will raise it, you’ve merely lowered the ceiling on your score, which will be used as justification to raise rates in the future.
Some updates for you! Now it’s easier for customers with home claims to start taking damage photos quicker. For RightTrack push notifications, we added the ability to navigate users to specific experiences.
