Great App, but….
The app user interface is not bad compared to some other big companies app, but it would have been really nice that if it had the Apple wallet support so a customer could save the card to Apple wallet

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Canceled our policy because we were busy and didn't respond to an email within the 15 days time period, that was NOWHERE in the email. Even though we provided them with the requested information before the cancelation date, they refused to reinstate our still active policy. Plus, they never reimbursed us for our rental car while ours was getting fixed.

Car settlement
Car totaled on 11/12/23. The entire process has been completed for several weeks but still shows in process on the app. Can’t get anyone to explain why. Horrible customer service. Today is 2/1/24. Ridiculous.
