Need to reinstall it every time I log in
I really miss when my retirement value was updated in Nationwide app? Why fix what isn’t broken? REALtirement app doesn’t remember login and password. No Face ID on iPhone. And now every time I run it I can log in once and then second time I try I log in on a different day I get an error that requires me to reinstall the app.

I keep getting an error when I'm trying to withdraw from my 401k I tried different banking types and nothing just keeps giving me this error. I even tried a live person but keep getting attitude and excuses. Never had a problem with withdrawals from the Nationwide official app. Code RE10036: There was a problem verifying the bank account provided. There are other options available to get your request processed. For immediate processing, you can select a check. You may also submit a paper Loan or Withdrawal request form to our office for review. A Nationwide representative may contact you if additional information is neededFor assistance, please call us at the phone number in the black section at the bottom of the screen

It lacks Face ID so it’s painful to login, and it has less functionality than just opening a browser and logging in with a stored password.

This is the most worthless app I use. I have to delete it and reinstall it just about every time I just simply want to check my balance. Nationwide has had several months to get this fixed, but it’s no better than when they first rolled it out. Extremely frustrating.

This is the first retirement app that I have had issues with. Everyone one that I have used has been easy to read, understand, and make changes. I’m not able to see my balance as there is always an error code when logging in. I am not impressed.

Loading wheel spins forever. Can’t get into my account. Better off just going to their website and logging in. It’s much faster that way. Bring the old app back!
