i've been having log in issues for maybe a week now.it keeps telling me the username and password i entered are incorrect even though i know the username is right and ive changed the password 3 times now. a weird thing i noticed tho is occasionally the app will clear out my username even though i have the remember username option toggled on....i've been thinking of finding a new insurance provider and this might be the sign i'm looking for

Need to get a lawyer so I can sue this company for my money back. App refuses to log in, facial recognition refuses to work period and now I have a ticket for not having insurance even though I do BECAUSE OF YOUR FAULTY APP. If anyone reads this, go with a different company even if it costs more. It’s cheaper and better for your mental health in the long run.

I went ahead and used them for full coverage made a large first payment. Never received my paper only online. Then went ahead and added renters insurance paid 6 months upfront and they can’t find anything about it besides my bank statement. I paid 2 months after my first initial payment and instead of receiving the paper copy I received a late notice claiming my insurance was about to get cancelled! Now I’ve received about 2 of those letters and still no paperwork as requested months ago! I’m also in limbo about my renters insurance policy so needless to say I’m not very happy or satisfied with this service.

Please, invest in a better platform. The reliability of this app is consistently terrible. That is the last thing you should worry about when it comes to your auto insurance.

I have been getting error issues while trying to log in. I have it set up for facial recognition and it still gives me issues. None of my other apps do. So now I don’t wanna “we ‘re sorry to hear your having issues logging in”. Replies to this. I’ve looked at the history on here & have found this has been an ongoing issue for YEARS. So I’m gonna make this as clear as possible. If you guys don’t have this fixed within a month or 2. I’m getting an attorney and suing you cause I can’t make my payments & I can’t update vital info. So get it done!!!
