Customer Service is terrible
App tells you the bill is paid but doesn’t tell you that a check was mailed. 5 days later it’s credited to my account. No number to call. Just an email address if you have an issue. Will not use again.

It’s a SCAM. They said they sent out a check to my landlord on April 17th. Is not march 1st and my landlord still has not received it. I have tried repeatedly to get ahold of them and no luck. Don’t do it.

If you have a bill that needs to be paid but you do not have all the money up front this is the app for you. You are able to pay a bill in four split payments as well as you can get approved to pay a bill up to $500 now with the first payment you do have to make a deposit plus the amount of the payment for example deposit is $19.99 and the payment is $50 you will be paying $79.99 for the first payment but you do get your deposit back once the bill has been paid in full.

I wasn’t going to write a review until I was able to use this app. Boy do I love this app so easy to use and my payments was made to my billers fast. I ran into some issues in the beginning with getting verified but they completed that within 24 hrs and got me set up. The only thing is that you have to email and no phone for customer service, other than that, I’m good . This app came right on time with a bill I had needed paid fast and it was same day. I appreciate Deferit for being there.

I signed up and was given a limit of $500 dollars. I went to pay a bill and it said I had a zero balance for bill paying. I don’t know what is wrong, but my frustration is getting ahold of customer service. Chat didn’t work. I am getting hit with $14.99 twice and never got to use the service.

And then keep asking for more information to verify your identity. I’ve asked for a refund so many times and am just told to submit more information. I’ll take it up with my bank but the other low star reviews are accurate, there is no way to call or chat with a representative. Idk if you can report this to the attorney general or what bc this company Seems like a scam, do not pay the fee, put that money towards the bill you need to pay.
