Unable to log in
Both the app and the desktop version offer no guidance as to an acceptable log in. It seems I created a bad user name and there is no way to correct it. I have created a new password, but I still can’t log in

This app never works properly how do you expect people to pay or look up anything. None of my policies are connected so I have to have a different password for each? Really a pain fire your IT provider because they are doing any favor’s.
Never works
For some reason every month I have trouble just to sign in to make a payment. Once I’m in to make a payment, app works fine- nothing fancy. But I keep finding myself resetting my password every month just to try to get logged in, which doesn’t even end up working and I get locked out! I always end up having to go online and do “quick pay”, which I don’t like to use because I’m manually inputting information that is ready to go IN the app. Very frustrating.
No ability to add or update your policy
We’ve had a policy for money years and last renewal a new policy was issued. The website sees it but the app doesn’t. It shows a my Policy is cancelled - alarming. There is no way to add the new policy to the app. Very disappointing.
Do Not Recommend This Company!
If You are downloading this app is probably because you already bought a policy with this company. I highly do not recommend them at all because in my experience I had full coverage in my car and they do not want to fix it and now they’re telling me it’s a total loss. It has been very hard trying to get in contact with an adjuster or anyone by all means. My car has literally been in the shop for over a month. Their service is just very sorry and overall do not recommend this company at all. If you get this company and end up, needing to file a claim, you might as well to get an attorney too.

Today I was going to check my account I used my usual username sometimes it makes me use an actual whole email and sometimes it doesn’t when it to sign in and put the policy number in and then it said reset password if you forgot it and all that kind of stuff so I went to that site and it wouldn’t let me change my password and it wouldn’t recognize my password then it redirected me when I asked for help back to the site that I couldn’t sign into before so it’s really really really worthless and why does it keep kicking out my email or my username and won’t accept my password it won’t let me change itI’m tired of this

3rd party undereducated and over paid … they lie to you to get your money !!! Connected to Fayetteville North Carolina insurance unreliable especially and the app looks like it was made by a 10 year old with everything being limited and the only indication of help or navigation is through and customer service number …app is worthless!!
