It’s a good app BUT HELP
My phone number is no longer the same and the app will not send me a forgot password so I can update my information. Is there a way to delete my old account for me to be able to create a new one? My local WIC office can’t help me
Unable to verify my identity
The app worked fine for a while and one day it randomly asked to verify my identity. As I was entering my phone number, I accidentally entered it incorrectly, and without any warning it was submitted into the app. Since then I’ve been unable to access my account on the app or website. It can’t send me a code and I can’t seem to get in touch with anyone that can help. I’ve called and emailed and no one knows for to fix this issue. I also tried to reset my password, but I never receive the code to my email.
Ridiculous!!
I cannot get into the app without a code being sent to my phone… I have a new number so there’s no way I can get the number. The customer service is NO HELP!! There’s no person to answer the phone, nothing on the website or app to change the number… this update is ridiculous & an inconvenience! Update the app & remove the authentication number & code so that we can get in easily OR allow us to change our numbers & allow us other ways to verify who we are so that we can go about changing our information without frustration. We have to put in our SSN, name, address, child(ren)s info… why can’t it just be that easy??? & for reference I live in Illinois.

Every time i open app it automatically closes or freezes and have to constantly log in

Evey time I log in I have to do a verification code, and it always says error when I look at my benefits.
