Fails to open – white screen
My iPhone says it works on my phone’s iOS—app loads properly and then fails to open, revealing only white screen -no progress.

Scan to Pay missing
This was a great app until the last update, now the scan to pay has been removed making the app useless to me and I’m not able to get the items I need on a daily basis. Very poor customer support when called, if they would actually read the reviews they would know something needs fixed!!
HELP!!! App is not working right on iOS
I have been using this app for about a year and was thankful for being able to order items online. Unfortunately the last several months, I have been unable to access Convey health to place an online order. I went online to Walgreens and tried to place an order but it wouldn’t go through. I cancelled it and one minor charge was reverse, but my OTC network card is still showing a debit of $38.95. Walgreens is not showing that I made any purchases online on the date I had tried to place the order. I have had no luck with the phone number provided on the back of the card and feel that it is definitely an issue within the “OTC Card” app. I WILL NOT BE PLACING ANY ONLINE ORDERS UNTIL YOU FIX THIS ISSUE!!!
