Waste of time
I filled out my information to create an account AND entered all information in every field with an asterisk in front of it. It would not load. So I erased it and did it 2 more times and still did nothing. I would strongly recommend to not bother with it.

When initially downloaded this app worked well, I could see my balance and previous transactions. The locations tab was functional. Any feature I needed was available to me. I saved my login info and enabled FaceID and all was well. After the first 2-3 weeks, the app stopped functioning. I get an error message every time I login now. This app has officially been completely useless to me for the last 4+ months now. Came to see if there was an update I missed or something but I don’t see anything so it may just be time to delete and move on.

I had an account a year ago, but I couldn’t remember by ID or password. So I recover my ID, but when I go to reset my password I HAVE TO HAVE my original password to get a new one! How is that helpful? So I go to the app support link. It asks for my SSN and ID, I have both of those and it keeps saying that my “security question doesn’t match my ID” but it’s my social I’ve had the same one my whole life… I tried to just make a new account under a new email address but I needed to add my SSN and it obviously wouldn’t allow me to bc it’s already linked to my previous account…

This is the worst app ever from time to time it will glitch out, log you out, and sometimes the app itself was just shut down. I’m not certain why this happens but it’s very frustrating to have to keep logging in every time I would rather call my card to get any information than us this app!
