Does not do basics like payment notifications

Considering it’s one of the biggest banks in Australia, I’m absolutely stunned at how it does not have push notifications for transactions. Absolute horrible of an App.

I want to add a recipient so that I am ready to pickup a car in a few days. But when I go to add a recipient, I have to immediately add a payment to go with it. This seems strange when fraud associated with large payments for recently added payees go hand in hand. These two processes need to be separable, both for better UX and better fraud control

All of a sudden the interface for the Accounts tab is showing off the screen? It’s completely unusable and not sure how I could even monitor activity in its current state? Tech - please fix your app.
AustraliaUseful but too many updates
It’s an app you need to have if you are with ANZ, but we aren’t as interested in the app’s features and UI as the devs seem to be. I don’t want to have to update the app every other time I try to check my account. Please just make one version that is sufficient (doesn’t need to be anything special), and leave it alone so we can use it.

Frustrating - can’t cancel regular payment, for 4 months it’s been saying ‘try again later’. Also security is weak - doesn’t validate payment destination as is common with other banking apps today.

So, cosy up, dive into this month's updates, and discover how the ANZ App could help make managing your finances easy. • Voice ID has updated information to make it easy to understand what your payment limits are. • We've updated our Support pages to let you know what to expect when you delete or deregister the ANZ App from your device. • There are a few, small visual changes to keep your app looking as good as possible. • If you’re a business customer, you’ll notice the threshold amount will be rounded up to the nearest dollar when you set it for Push Notifications.
