Good concept but isn’t great yet.
This app is easy to use and has some great features to track spending and the savings jars are amazing. Massive fail only being able to use it on one device.

Since the improvements someone has made under the hood I have no access to my ANZ plus account. Can’t ask for help from my coach as I would need access to my account to talk to him. When I try to open the account it asks me upload the new app available. I click on open an I am back at the message that an update is available. I can’t go any further than that. Can I please get a contact number to contact ANZ plus? Very unhappy user.

ANZ must stop taking money of low income earners we struggle enough without ANZ taking over $37 out of our accounts for fee’s Low income don’t over draw our accounts on purchase it’s just payments come out before we get paid to cover the direct debits

I’ve got accounts with a lot of different banks but this one is second to none. 5 STARS ✋

Although the App & Account has a simple useable interface the fact that there is no human support even through the messaging service over a weekend is disgraceful. I could not access my account or transfer funds over a weekend leaving me stranded & desolate. You cannot access your account via internet banking or a CRN. Rang the general ANZ number & advised I would have to wait until Monday. Not being able to access my funds due to glitches or lack of support available in your App over a weekend is not acceptable.
