How to get set up: Getting the ANZ Pacific App is easy. To get it, you’ll need to be registered for ANZ Internet Banking first. You will also need an iPhone or iPad running on iOS version 12.5 (or above). To use the ANZ Pacific App, you must have a valid ANZ Internet Banking User ID and Password. • Open the ANZ Pacific App and select your country • Enter your UserID and Password (please ensure you read, understand and accept the Terms and Conditions) • Set up a new 4-digit PIN and re-enter it to confirm • Once you've entered your PIN you'll need to complete the two security questions, when successful, you will be able to access the ANZ Pacific App. Important information The ANZ Pacific App is provided by the branch of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited ABN 11 005 357 operating in the jurisdiction where your account(s) is opened and held. Issue With App
Kia Orana, reporting and issue with opening app. It automatically closes down. It has been for some months now. I’m on iOS 15.5. Please help, would like to continue using this app. Thank you
I can’t open the app!
I had issues with the last app but this one is worse. Has anyone else found trouble accessing the services with an iPhone 12?
Good app with lots of potential
The UI has improved, but the functionality is still quite limited. It requires so many clicks just to get to the service you are looking for. It constantly refreshes, asked to login again multiple times and sometimes has time-out errors in the middle of transactions.

App failing on wifi
Failed to connect to internet! All other apps work fine, anz fails so often it easyer to change banks! Very poor anz app!!!!!!
Currently unavailable
For the past month it has been saying that ANZ pacific is currently unavailable. Such a huge inconvenience for an app that was supposed to save time. I work on a remote island so I rely heavily on Anz internet banking to sort my finances each time o check it’s unavailable. Please fix this issue!!!
Worst app
This is the worst app ANZ has compared to Australia. So slow and logs out all the time
