Most useless app
You cannot block a device as the app is so complicated to do that. You never get device name but free network scanners can do that. You cannot restrict specific website and that’s the irony. You see devices connected to the network but you cannot stop them unless you are very talented to use this useless app Finally I’m switching to other product just because Arris cannot make an app that people love with above features easily. So disappointed as you need to stop someone you need to setup all 30-40 devices with new password. Who is the PM Led this app and what is he/she up to? 1 star is more according to my experience.

This app is designed to collect meta data and sell the data for them to generate revenue. It does absolutely 0 things for you. You can’t even use the app to reboot the modem. Do not create an account and do not add devices, this is a scam app and will be reported as such.

App says my email is already in use, so it tells me to sign in, when I select that, it redirects me to the sign up screen, where I repeat the process infinitely. Terrible app. Going to swap my router out.

Didn’t even successfully change my SSID name . Freezes every time you try to change a setting and then distant change the setting. Doesn’t properly list or detect devices on the network. Doesn’t allow you to change your management interface password. Just a pitiful and useless app. The old fashioned management gui actually works, so I’ll stick with that. Too bad because this was such a cool and convenient idea.
