Help make your city, improvement district or transportation system safer by reporting safety and security concerns. When you see a problem, the See Say app provides a quick and discreet way to inform people who can do something about it, the safety and security dispatchers who respond to incidents in your community. The See Say app can send photos, video, a description of the problem, and the incident location. A dispatcher may reply to your report by chatting with you through the app in real-time. From the app home screen, users have two easy options for submitting information: * The Report a Problem button allows users to send incident reports directly. To ensure discretion, the camera flash is automatically disabled when photos are taken through the app. App users may also send reports anonymously if they chose. * The Call Police button will connect app users directly to an organization’s security or Police, by phone. Additional Features BOLO (Be On the Look Out) Alerts. BOLO Alerts on the See Say app may display alerts from security or Police about specific persons of interest. For example, See Say may display information about a missing person or criminal suspect, such as where they were last seen. Maintenance Issues. Along with reporting security concerns, See Say can also be configured to report maintenance issues to increase awareness and expedite the repair. Help make your community or transportation system safer for all, with See Say.
Quick and easy
Thanks for this app making it so easy for me to report problems i see
What’s the point
I have submitted numerous noise complaints about the Good Morning Guy that screams good morning and hollers daily to no avail. Between 6am & 7:30 daily he whoops and hollers through the AT&T discovery district waking me up and as far as I know nothing has been done for months he continued to do it.
Clean and Safe
The app is a great tool for citizens and tourists to help keep our city clean and safe.
Fast response
I filed a report and the response was fast.

Rico and his group have, and are having, a significant positive impact in my area of Downtown, 2000 Block if Commerce Street. Excellent group doing a superb job.
Never Responds
I have placed several complaints through the app and rarely, rarely, rarely actually maybe only once has someone actually responded to the call. There is NO EXCUSE why DART can’t have a fare enforcement officer on every single train care verifying people’s tickets all-day long. This would prevent these incidents but I don’t work for DART, I just ride it, so what do I know. I am going to make an advertisement with homeless people sleeping on the train with a caption “Carpool with DART, where your passengers sleep the whole ride”. Just because we choose to take public transportation does not mean we should have to be subjected to disgusting individuals just because DART doesn’t want to take accountability and solve the issue. You are failing the people of Dallas and it is a shame that we can’t speak more proudly of our transportation system. There good things you do I won’t lie but the TRAINS need some serious improvement!
