Horrid
I am away from home. Trying to access their website to pay my bill. Just goes in circles! “Log in failed. Try again” over and over and over. So now I don’t know what my bill is and can’t find out. Knowing them, they may turn off my power ! So I paid a large amount electronically from my bank to be safe. Will get home in another month to check my paper bills. Advice. DO NOT OPT OUT OF PAPER BILLING! Or you may never know how much you owe, since their app and website are so lousy

It’s slow at times, glitchy and not always available. Becomes frustrating when not available.

This app is too slow and gives you hard time to go next page and download takes forever.
Disconnection Notice
This is exactly why I took my account off auto pay because when I make a double payment con ed is quick to keep my money but the minute I’m late I get a disconnection notice.
