Not mobile friendly at all and support not very helpful
Having nothing but issue connecting with mobile, directions dont work right and calling support I was told I can’t connect with mobile??? On top of that who wants an app in order to mobile print? In todays day and age there should be air print access built in, like plug and play. Why is this so difficult??? 👎🏻

Really like the printer only issue is with a 2.4 GHz connection makes it hard to connect with any other Wi-fi with 5gh have to manually switch to the Wi-Fi on the printer to print each time, kind of annoying

Not the easiest setup. Fumbled initial setup without success. Finally , started all over by unplugging printer and beginning setup process anew, carefully following each prompt exactly. Bingo, it worked (so far)! Able to print docs from my iPhone. Wished Brother would automate the entire process so it’s just plug and play. Understand why it might be difficult and frustrating for non-tech savvy persons to jump through all the hoops to set up this printer.
