Crashes
I’ve had my printer for over a year now and I had never had any issues until now. The app keeps crashing as soon as I select something. It’s frustrating not being able to print what I need. Please fix this issue soon!

I love this label maker when it works. But my print history disappeared, then came back, and now it’s gone again. I worked for an hour to create a label (because it’s REALLY difficult to create a multi-line label), and now I can’t even use the template I created. I’ve turned my phone on and off, tried cell service instead of wifi, and fully charged the printer. Nothing. So disappointed. It’s also impossible to use all the available space on a continuous label. Strangely, I could print using a larger font without issues on the short labels.

I’m obsessed with this label printer.I use it everyday all day and it’s so fun!Also, very user friendly and of course the app makes it easy as well.I would love more templates down the line and maybe even color would be cool.For now I’ll probably try ordering colored labels and print on them.I enjoy using this so much.It makes me want to label anything and everything!It’s also so cute and easy to carry around.The app is easy to navigate.Hands down AMAZING!I highly recommend it!
