Horrible app design
I quite literally can’t even sign in to the app.Everytime I do it just doesn’t go through and makes me sign in again???

How can you take a pic of one ear and not be able to take a pic of the ear? Complete waist of time and space. Do not download.

You have to sign/log in to an account to get this function to work…really? From an engineering standpoint, you don’t need ANY information to make this function to work. I’ll just return them back, and buy something else.
Always crashes…. ALWAYS
Never been able to even take a pic before it crashes…. Does this mean I can’t use 360 reality audio? I spent a lot of money I can’t afford to throw away on my wh-1000xm4’s…. I’d like to get the most out of them. Thx
Impossible to verify
I can’t verify my email because all it does is just an email to verify...huge programming error. They need to go in a fix that. So stupid....I’m thinking of just returning these headphones and going with Bose. At least they have an app that actually works!
