Sony Really?
You can only use one pair of their hearing aids with the program. If you get two pair you have to disconnect one to pair and use the others. Really a simple fix and yet they don’t offer it. Otherwise the program works well and tunes well.

So far not so good. The app is terrible at connecting to the aids, I have had to do the hearing test on the left ear 8 times now just to find out it won’t connect to the right ear. Why can’t I just select to update the right ear without doing the left ear first? It is absolutely ridiculous that we have to reset our custom settings (volume, sound balance, directional hearing) every time we charge the CRE-E10 hearing aids. It takes time to get them dialed in exactly how I want them. Then I have to try to recreate all of the situations that caused me to make the adjustments in the first place just to get them back the way I like or try to remember what I had these set to before. The first time I used these it took a few hours to get them right and didn’t realize the settings wouldn’t be saved when I went to use them the next day. What a disappointment. Why aren’t these settings saved!?
United StatesApp does not work on newer iPhone
I was sent a replacement set of hearing aids as one stopped working. Each hearing aid is registered to their database and tied to your name / email / user. Somehow their database will not allow for a changeout of hearing aids. Though we have worked with Sony over months, it is not possible to use the app to adjust the new hearing aids. It will not even properly register / start the app. Strangely, it works on my wife’s iPad app.

When I return my hearing aids to the charger I can not hear on my phone. I can not find instructions telling me how to switch from hearing aid to speaker. It is aggravating.

作为一个中国大陆的消费者，不得不说我应该是第一批尝鲜的人，出于我对Sony的喜爱和对家人的关怀。说说希望改进的几个方面。 语言：不管是网站，还是说明书，清一色的都是英语，甚至连西班牙语都没有，更别提中文了。对于使用者非常不友好（使用者以年长者居多）不借助外部的帮助，我相信很少有几个中国老人可以使用。 软件的通用性：软件需要SONY的一个账号，我能理解，但为什么必须，记住是必须。连接到一个网站 b2clogin.com，我不了解其他国家，但在中国如果没有梯子，根本无法连接。借助梯子我终于可以在Ios上使用，但家人的手机是Android的，安装软件，梯子都非常困难（这虽然不怪SONY 但是否可以用数据流的方式而不是网站的形式连接。） 调试的环节，比较精细，一遍又一遍。这点设计得很仔细。但在微调时，我所遇到的问题并没有完全通过微调的方法解决。我家人的反馈是戴上助听器会听到自己的声音反射。之前用的助听器没有这种感觉。而微调不能消除。

The app works just fine, however once the hearing devices are setup it would be great if the volume was adjustable via your Apple Watch, as of now it’s still not available.
