Tv and universal
Very difficult to change from universal to tv. Tv is inadequate.

I’ve had this horizon app for several years now. But I can’t run the application anymore. Not sure what to do next. Figured if I leave a lousy review that someone at Hear.com can help me. I deleted the application from my iPhone then reinstalled it.

So far I haven’t been able to use the app to do anything but turn volume up and down on my hearing aids. App will not connect with hear.com telehealth so I can figure out why left aid does not work.

I have had the hearing aids for about two years now and love them, and what is really great is the improvement of the app itself it makes the adjustments so much easier to access and use. We went to an orchestral concert at Christmas and to hear the music with the aids set for music was outstanding! Thank you for making this possible!
