Another poor quality ‘app’
Will not connect to my PI5 S2’s. I try to add them, it shows it’s found them, but then says unable to connect and to use the Bowers and Wilkins music app to continue. I’ve already connected them to that app. But this app, I used for other setting changes. This worked with my PI5 S1’s. But not the S2’s?? Why can’t there just be a solid good app?!

Just hopped on an overseas flight trusty BWs PI7s and they are connected to bluetooth can see them in app but will not play music so yeah great 12 hour flt no earphones 3rd flight where I am without earbuds. Will get some BOSE

It’s been months - yes, months - since the app connected to my headphones. I’ve had to re-pair the headphones and app but the two still only connect on the initial pairing and it gets annoying having to redo that all the ti e.

The biggest problem with this app is that it rarely works; it is usually unable to connect to my PX 7 headphones. Despite several requests for support, B&W does not fix it.
