Review for the app not for the headsets
Why does one need to have an account with Bower and Wilkins to use an app to manage the headphones sitting on their head? What purpose does it server accept to annoy the users and/or spy on them? It’s is absolutely unhinged especially that these noise canceling headphones will probably be used on an airplane WITHOUT connectivity!! Bower and Wilkins is completely disconnected from reality.

EQ adjustments are bass and treble. That’s it. For $800 dollar PX8’s, users should have full customization of the EQ here. Home page in the app is pointless as well. Just delete it. Full of insignificant widgets. Also, no connection to Apple Music or Spotify through the app. Why? Just a bunch of music services that most people don’t use at all. Give us full spectrum, stepless EQ adjustment in a more intuitive, practical design with connection to the top music services.

Should improve the app to work with nice B&W Due Formation. The wireless connection gets failed most of the time. I have to switch to use the Bluetooth for alternative. Both iPad and Samsung android phone.

This complaint is toward the app experience, I just got my new Zeppelin speaker and everything looks good and guided steps followed, but it just cannot find the device, really annoying. The issue happens to my Px8 headphones as well on and off. Please fix this and make it usable! The sound quality of the speaker is awesome if anyone curious.
