Heart broken
I love these speakers but this app has left me no choice but to return them. So much lost functionality. Wish it wasn’t this way but the lack of concern and sense of urgency from KEF to fix this is troubling.

My KEF LSXs were expensive. After many tries I managed to get the LSXs connected to my network (using Apple Home app, not KEF stream), and KEF Stream managed to play music through them for a couple of weeks. Suddenly last week, although thr LSXs are connected to my wifi network, Neither the KEF stream or KEF control can find them. My LSXs are once again expensive paperweights.

These speakers are so hit or miss on whether or not they connect to the app. The developers haven’t updated anything including firmware for years. I have to reset the speakers anytime I want to use the streaming features.
United States2 yrs of S/W updates - still awful
I’ve had these speakers for two years, kept up with the software updates, and they are still a nightmare of trial and error to connect to. All I can assume is the company truly doesn’t care. I got them free as part of my company’s rewards program. They’re not even worth free. The sound quality is great but they should pay me for all the lost hours I’ve spent trying to connect via bluetooth. KEF, it’s time to stop hiring the CEO’s 15 year-old nephew to write the software and hire a real programmer. Stop sending me offers to buy your other speakers, I’ll never buy another pair until you fix the crap you already have out there.

Doesn’t work on both iOS and Android. Especially terrible for travelers who need to reconnect to a new Wifi at every new location. ALL the speaker settings has to be reset for that. Just awful. I ended up with using an analogue AUX (RCA) cabel to use that piece of a wireless madness. Drives me crazy. And I’m a professional BLE apps engineer. Give my money back please.
