United StatesGoFigure for Chord Electronics is a convenient configuration app that allows you to easily view and modify the Wi-Fi, networking, Bluetooth, and playback modes of your Poly streaming device without needing to use the configuration pin and entering access point mode. GoFigure communicates via Bluetooth and has the additional benefit of allowing you to upgrade the firmware, as well as view the firmware version, mac address, free SD card space, etc. Quick play functionality is also included, if required, which enables the simple playback of MPD playlists stored on the Micro SD card.
A buggy mess.
I can’t find the Tidal integration. The app crashes when I click “device settings”. It’s 2023, writing iOS apps is easy. I should know, I wrote a successful iOS app in the early iPhone days. Chord should be ashamed. They got the easy part of creating a great product wrong. Shame shame shame.

Chord make great, but expensive hardware. It’s a shame that they can’t make software of the same quality. This App is poorly thought out and barely works - it keeps crashing. It hasn’t been updated for over a year. Shame on Chord. I won’t be touching their products again.

Everything about this app and the Chord 2 Go is just atrocious. Wi-Fi connectivity keeps dropping in and out, the app seemingly has a mind of its own and switches my networks. The app user experience is awful. Cannot believe something that is so convoluted and buggy can be released. Does anyone at Chord test their products?
