This app has never worked for me as a walker/sitter (couldn’t even get the app to change my profile picture). Now I can’t delete my account because I keep getting the error message “Please complete all pending Wag! support cases before deleting your account.” I don’t even know what that means/how to see my support cases??? Please help.

This company is awful. The walkers aren’t allowed to set competitive pricing and I would never recommend this service to experienced walkers for that reason. You’ve got to keep your prices ultra low to contend with the less experienced walkers because Wag! places absolutely no value on legitimate pet professionals. It’s really an awful untrustworthy app and service. I really can’t urge people to stay away from Wag! enough
