This is the worst ride app ever drivers are unmonitored and dangerous they have no respect for the laws of the road or other people’s safety when I reached out to support I got no response will never use this app and I strongly encourage other to find a safer way to travel

Driver cancelled out pre booked a trip to lake Travis 1 minute before we were to be picked up. Even after calling 10 minutes prior to confirm. Needed to be at lake Travis for a boat cruise at a specific time.

Tried fetti for the first time and it completely ruined our night. I scheduled the ride at a certain time just for the ride to be 30 minutes late. This made my friends and I unable to get into the event we had planned for the night. Not only was the ride arriving late, but it eventually cancelled on us. This was supposed to be a great night for my girlfriends and I, but fetti ruined it. Definitely unreliable and would not recommend.

I had made a pre-booking and pre-payment for a ride with Fetti, yet they failed to inform us that we had no ride back home. Consequently, our group was left stranded in Dripping Springs without any means of transportation until after midnight. This kind of incompetence and neglect is completely unacceptable, and I find it appalling that Fetti drove us out there without ensuring our safe return.
