Question about the add tip
App says is charging already the tip but where’s is that tip for the driver you never see it I don’t think is fair to put that unless you give it cash so driver can see the actual tip
Reminds me of when Postmates first came to town
Whoever is creating the app doesn’t understand how the DMV is laid out. It reminds me of when Postmates first came to town. It was an allow delivery people who are in Arlington deliver to Shaw based on mileage during rush hour. I like Alto’s service but their boundaries are frustrating. I travel for work and would use them more often if it weren’t for their odd boundary rules. If I walk .4 miles from my front door, I can be picked up and taken to the airport. from airports. I can be dropped at my front door. I like the idea of having to clean cars and trained drivers. But with those limits it’s just better to go with a taxi service or Uber. I understand that there are certain areas they may not use the service as often, but if you are willing to take someone to the airport based on a quarter of a mile then maybe have a special airport service option?

Nothing but excellent service from beginning to end of trip. Friendly, respectful and attentive drivers with safety first approach. We will be using exclusively.

Improve Customer Service
They make you go through the sign up process before determining you are outside of the service area. And the map color is similar in tone. Please get someone with a UI/UX to look at your service area map. The app also charges for membership. I emailed customer support for a simple question and they weren’t helpful at all. I am hesitant about signing up for any new service founded by male Caucasians. They have the least customer service and empathetic businesses. Look at Airbnb, Lyft, Uber, etc.
