Es dificil imaginar algo peor. Una autentica pesadilla intentar comprar un billete de tren. Es una verguenza! Al ser monopolio ya se sabe! Es como iberia el siglo pasado.

Glitches, I actually missed a train because of it. I couldn’t pay, the app wouldn’t let me! The whole thing is frustrating and horribly embarrassing!

I truly can’t tell that the company actually tested the app after creating it. If they’d tested it they would have been too embarrassed to release it. It has so many glitches that make it nearly useless. And you can’t get around the glitches either, unlike some apps. I’ve never seen an app for a company this large that was so poorly executed. Their website has glitches too, but certainly less than the app. It’s like they tried to hire too few computer programers or novice programers. It’s beyond frustrating to use the app. This is the first app review I’ve ever written and I wrote it because I genuinely hope the company will take the feedback and make improvements

Only good for carrying your ticket after you buy it on the desktop version of Renfe. App keeps crashing. You can also keep your ticket on your phone wallet so there really is no meet at all for the app.

Como era de esperar, el app de renfe esta a la altura de la web de renfe: una autentica basura. La funcion de “link ticket” no sirve para nada, includo el mensaje de error en ingles tiene faltas de ortografia. Deben tener los peores informaticos de Europa.
