No gate info, interferes with Wallet
Never shows the gate. Also it pops up a warning that no cards in your wallet will work while this app is running. Thanks for telling us but what the - ? Why is Apple even letting this through review?!

I'm waiting for the first time I'm holding my bags and trying to pay for a coffee or something at the airport and I'm holding up 10 people in line behind me trying to figure out why apple pay doesn't work.

I’m an American traveling in Europe this summer on Norwegian Air. I downloaded the app, but cannot create an account because the phone number parameters don’t accept numbers from the U.S.

More than a handful of times, my partner and I have experienced that the seat towards the front of the plane we select, when paying for a more expensive ticket with seat reservation, is changed by the system automatically during check-in. This after validating that the seat is correct before tapping the checkin button (and we’re given a new and less desirable seat).

I’ve been using the app for 5-6 months. They charged me one of my flights twice, and I got a charge that nobody can tell me what is it for. Customer service says that everything comes from the app, but the app doesn’t show anything (nor the web page). I am resigned to losing my $600 but be careful when using this app. Something or somebody can make a wrong charge and Norwegian will not respond to you. Awful app and service.
United StatesDefrauding Customers - The Worst Airline I’ve Ever Dealt With
I made a round-trip purchase from US to Europe and was not given a refund option, instead only "cash points.” The service we paid for included flights between the US and Europe worth over $1,300. Norwegian Airlines at no time informed us that cashpoints would be useless in travel from the US to Europe when COVID halted flights, requiring a cashpoint redemption. Because flying from the US to Europe is no longer an option, Norwegian Airlines is not providing us with the ability to redeem the service we paid for. Because of this, I believe Norwegian Airlines has essentially defrauded us of our paid services for entirely unequal options to utilize cashpoints, I’ve now escalated this matter to the Office of Aviation Consumer Protection - U.S. Department of Transportation. Provide us with a cash refund in full as should be the legal expectation. We’re very upset and want a full refund ASAP. Case Number: CL2021120048
